    A
    We believe it's important for the studios to take the lead in planning and be in charge of their own projects. As producers ourselves, we want to give back as much as we can to the studios who are producing the content. That is why JOEN promotes the ability of each creator to actively plan and develop their own projects.

    Will JOEN limit planning, development and production only to those projects created by CloverWorks and WIT STUDIO?
    A
    Not at all. JOEN’s overarching mission is to have studios themselves lead the production process. We aim to actively seek out and collaborate with other animation studios who share in that vision, and help their creations come to fruition.

    Does JOEN plan to take control of and animate Shueisha's works exclusively?
    A
    No, our company has no intentions of the sort. As a rule, each of the constituent companies' own internal policies will hold precedence over company decisions.
